Did a wear test using the new Tarte Cosmetics] Hydroflex Serum Foundation and I was blown away! It stayed put throughout my sweaty workout without any creases, streaking or smudging! I’m pretty impressed considering how it’s made up of 18% water and literally feels so light like a water serum. For a first impression, I am definitely enjoying it. Will try it for normal office days to see how it holds up in a different environment.
